This website has collected detailed clinical information and immune repertoire data (TCR and BCR) of more than 800 patients suffering from glioma. The clinical information includes the patients gender, age, disease level, pathological type, molecular type, OS, and so on. The immunization group data includes the base sequences of TCR and BCR that account for more than 0.27% of patients, as well as the gene sequences encoding them and the names of VDJ alleles.
