Glioblastoma (Cohort3) HLA-Gene Relation
Relationship between neoantigens' located genes and neoantigens' binding HLAs. The frequency of genes decreased from upper to bottom, and the frequency of HLA allele decreased from left to right. The left top corner shows the HLAs with top binding capacity to neoantigens for glioma.
Gene Mutation

  The Circos displays the changes of nucleotide at mutated site included in the neoantigens. The arrow is the nucleotide before and after a mutation occurs. The thickness of the arrow is the number of neoantigens harboring this mutation. 

Amino Acid Mutation

  The Circos displays the changes of Amino Acid at mutated site included in the neoantigens. The arrow is the Amino Acid before and after a mutation occurs. The thickness of the arrow is the number of neoantigens harboring this mutation.

Each row shows information of a patient, including gene symbol, mutation information associated with the gene, the corresponding neoantigen information and the patient's survival category.
