TCR clone information

      This page shows the analysis information of genes encoding TCR and CDR3 sequences in different types of patient groups, showing a total of six metrics. We provide visualization results of two operation methods. The first is to screen patients through different types of combinations. First, click the "chain" form, select a TCR chain, then select the combination you are interested in through the different forms at the bottom of the page, and finally click the "submit" button, and the results will be displayed at the bottom of the page. As for the second operation method, first select a TCR chain, then select the patients you are interested in through the check box in the table on the page, and then click the "plot" button, and the results will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
