Gene information

      This page shows the frequency of genes encoding TCR in different patient groups. We provide visualization results of two operation methods. The first is to screen patients through different types of combinations. First, you should select a gene family through the "Gene" form, then select the combination you are interested in through the different forms at the bottom of the page, and finally click the "submit" button, and the results will be displayed at the bottom of the page. As for the second operation method, you can select the patients you are interested in through the check box in the table on the page, and then click the "plot" button, and the results will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
