This page contains 316012 pieces of data collected from IEDB and VDJdb, which contain human TCR information with specific reactive to virus epitopes. The content includes TCR chain name, CDR3 sequence, mhc type and name, viral epitope sequence, coding gene of viral epitope and virus species. The unknown data is displayed as unknown. You can browse all the above information in the table and filter the data you are interested in through the search box.
 IEDB
The full name of IEDB is Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource, which is a free resource funded by the National Institute of Allergy and infectious diseases (NIAID). The database has included epitope data in infections, allergies, autoimmune diseases and other diseases. Online functions are rich and diverse, including tools that can predict the ability to combine with MHCI and MHCII, the immunogenicity of T/B cells, T/B epitope prediction, allergenic peptide analysis, TCR/BCR 3D structure, etc.

 VDJdb
VDJdb is a comprehensive database of antigen-specific T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences acquired by manual processing of published studies that report the ligand specificities of defined T-cell clonotypes. The primary goal of VDJdb is to facilitate access to existing information on TCR antigen specificities, i.e. the ability to recognize known epitopes presented by known major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I and II molecules. Our mission is to aggregate TCR specificity information on a continuous basis and establish a curated repository to store these data in the public domain.
